Why are automotive reviews so boring lately?

These are tough times for car enthusiasts; not due to a lack of innovative, interesting or powerful cars, but because of the diminishing quality of car shows, reviews, & video test drives. There's nothing more painful than watching some dude in a Ferrari LaFerrari rattle off statistics about the gas tank capacity or in a McLaren P1 discussing cup holders. All of that information can easily be read on a spec sheet. We don't want to watch someone who sounds like a college professor nor someone giggling like an idiot when they step on the gas, unable to articulate key information about the ride. What these reviews leave out is the x factor, a variable which accounts for a significant reason why people purchase, remember and generally like one car over the other.

What's worse is that it seems like most companies & people offering car reviews are becoming increasingly bias and narrow minded. When the need to make money outweighs the love for cars everyone loses. By the way, this post is brought to you by...... just kidding.

We don't want to pimp your ride or flip your busted ass car. What we're going to do is get our hands on some of the coolest, newest cars out there and put the through the wringer. We're going to have an amazing time & bring you along for the ride.
